690557 2008-07-21 01:11:00 Love the juxtaposition: "Recreation in Dunedin - Public Toilets Information" . What DO they get up to down there??? Must be the cold weather . . .

Gives an entirely new slant to the phrase "Southern Man" . . . :D

Easy Johcar :annoyed:

He he he he . . . . . I'll have you know I don't frequent public toilets unless I'm caught short .

Having said that, I'd still avoid the ones in Roslyn Village - that's a well-known hangout for 'certain types' ;)

The University/Polytech has roughly 31000 students, of which 19000 or so are women . Most of whom are friendly, liberated, boozy & attractive (not necessarily in that order) .

This is no place for those who don't like the ladies!!

690560 2008-07-21 03:40:00 No - a lot of the students still do as well lol

(I've lived here 41 years myself...)

I won't respond the insinuation that I'm either pregnant or a fool

690561 2008-07-21 04:57:00 Ha ha fair enough

Lived here all my life, and I've never liked it being called Dunners. Shortening place names is lame IMHO.

Didn't mean to insinuate anything either Bevy, especially to a fellow Dunedinite!!

Just paraphrasing a saying my Grandfather used a lot!

690563 2008-07-21 05:52:00 Ok sorry - I get a little "over defensive" sometimes LOL

Oh - and I don't really like the "Dunners" name either - was more a 'tongue in cheek' thing in the context of the thread than anything else.....

690564 2008-07-21 08:00:00 Hmmm, might be a good idea to show this to certain female personages in my family....
Then again, maybe not. Then we'd never get anywhere on trips

No but you would always know where you are or had been
