| 819384 | 2009-10-11 22:19:00 | Hi guys,I have an external hard drive I use as a backup for my sons Ipod but when I plugged it in the other day Vista refused to recognise it.It gives a beep to say it sees it then straight away gives another beep to say it is disconnecting it,aand then just keeps on beeping continously accepting and rejecting it ad infinitum. It has worked in the past, and works on an XP laptop ok,so whats wrong here, and how do I fix it.Thanks for any suggestions Peter |
