| 818697 | 2009-10-09 21:05:00 | I am using Office 2000 professional. I am membership secretary for a society with about 180 members. I have an Access database, and have always had trouble getting mailing labels right. Using access to print it missed printing the last row on the label sheets (printing on Brother HL2040 Laser). I then used a "make table query" to get the label data ready, and printed them from Publisher. Although the table produced had labels in the correct order, they printed in random order, but used all labels on the sheet. Yesterday I exported the table to Word, and printed with Publisher, and it was fine. The order is useful because some are used on plain folded newsletters, and some to envelopes with multiple copies of the newsletter others have attachements, and one even goes to Australia. Can I simplify the process? Brucem |
