However they have already outsourced hundreds of jobs and looking to do more clearly, otherwise they would not be testing would they? You may Tolerate poor cooperate behavior, the rest of us don't have to. Get over it, the world has changed a lot since telecom was sold to the yanks, and they sold it back to kiwi mum and dad shareholders. The fact is, if people aren't appy with the customer service they will change to another company. My brother wasn't happy with vodafones poor service, so they have now changed to another provider, who is far better. That is what competition allows. |

| 693432 | 2008-08-06 10:38:00 | Vodafone has had ther call centre in Egypt for years, and noone has critsied them for it, although I must admit that is it rubbish now and far worse than it was when it was in NZ. Blame the government and unbundling, as it means that ALL ISPs have to cut costs to compete and survive on price. Telecom shareholders have had a battering over the last few years due to unbundling (used to be $7 a share), and shareholders must get a return, otherwise noone would invest in them. No investment, no company, that is how business works. The Govt and unbundling has got nothing to do with Vodafone. Why invest in a crap company? |
