Yup. In order to *really* get a true result, you should ideally test it 5x a day, on a Friday & a Saturday.

I'm looking in to this to see if it would be useful to assist with pre-determining a business VoIP call quality, but basically it'd mean getting an employee to test at something like 9AM when they're first in the office, 10AM noon, 1PM, 3PM & 5:30 just before leaving... Realistically if there's issues at the exchange from congestion, that should give you a relatively good indication of the severity of it.
Thus far I've found that switching to an ADSL2+ plan seems to pretty much be the solution, but I'm still unsure if that theory works 100% of the time ;)
