I cannot disclose the name of my client yet as I need to be sure first that you are willing to handle this business with us. Iraq is actually seeking foreign help to raise its oil capacity over the next five years to 4.5 million Barrel per day. The oil giants (Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron and Total) are seeking access to Iraq's rich crude reserves. This is why the Iraqi government insists the companies that win contracts must take on a local partner who in turn must have a minimum 25 per cent stake in the deal. And Foreigners can set up Local companies in Iraq with a local partner who in turn must have 25 per cent stake in the company. I want you to know that we have had everything planned out so that we come out successful. We have been doing this business with a Turkish man previously until he recently got greedy and we cannot afford to loose more money to him as we do not have any other choice as at then but working with you leaves us with no choice than to stop working with him immediately. This is why we need another foreign partner like you that will assist us without greed and that would be truthful. There is no risk involved at all in the matter as we are going to adopt a legalized method and I will prepare all the necessary documents to register a Local Company here in your name, while it will state in the documentations that my client actually owns 10 per cent stake in the company, as this is the only means we can export the crude oil from Iraq. Please endeavour to observe utmost discretion in all matters concerning this issue. Once the barrels have been exported and sold we shall share the proceeds in the ratio of 80% for us considering the fact that we are the originators and initial financier of this partnership business and then 20% for you. But years ago we did something similar with a religious door knocking pair. Fed up with these idiots my son and I had agreed on a procedure. The next couple we apologized to, as our church was the only one in direct contact with god - we knew all the answers and it would be most unfair of us to discuss religion with them. This is the best way, I have found, it will protect us from any insecurity. I want us to enjoy this money in peace when we conclude. So you should listen to my instructions and follow them religiously. We will not request any up front from you for any expenses here. But you will be in charge of providing the opening balance that is needed to activate this account. This is your only obligation in this business. I will prepare the necessary documentations from the region of Kirkuk and to the Ministry of Oil (Iraq) that will back you up as the contractor to export these crude oil barrels. In order to conduct business in Iraq, foreign business entities need to register with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Trade. For you to be a recognised contractor here in Iraq, I will secure a memo and articles of association, a work permit and certificate of incorporation to register a company in your name, while my client will hold 10% share of the company. I also want you to know that your presence in Iraq to stand as the contractor is not really important if you do not wish to come down as we only need your consent to register you as a Foreign Contractor to export these barrels. Better to start from scratch and be creative - so creative that to a 'normal' person the document you create is obviously a fake one, but to a greedy scammer would be acceptable. Pretend you're in the USA (it's a bigger place than here) with more scope for weirdness. Alabama is ideal. :D Egg him on without giving him too much - maybe draw him into a discussion about his family (or your fictitious one). Draw the whole thing out by ALMOST completing and then having some major personal crisis (heart attack, your uncle's budgie's cousin sick in hospital) Have some fun and be totally off-the-wall and watch your "mate" react as if everything you tell him is the truth....	johcar (6283)
