| 692493 | 2008-07-26 21:31:00 | I use the technology here and it works for me. No I don't work for them! I did get an HP drive some time back and had it replaced twice before I gave up but it certainly works now on my Asus drives and I do not work for them either. |

| 692499 | 2008-07-26 22:38:00 | LightScribe came on my Nero 8 CD which came with my new ASUS DRW 2014L1T DVD rw drive. :) It may come packaged with a burner. However, AFAIK, it's not part of Nero, (it SHOULD be, since its 188 mb) !, if you download it. |

You can't flash a non-LS burner, so it becomes a LS burner. Since its probably a laser that does it. You can't install a laser by installing software can you? The burner supports LS. But there's also a program called LS. Which needs to be installed. For LS to work. Since programs like Nero, (If you download it), dont include it. But you would think it would, since the download from the Nero site (For Nero), is 188 mb! I meant LS the program, you referring to this?? It may come packaged with a burner ? |
