| 819166 | 2009-10-11 07:43:00 | Occasionally I see the odd You Tube video that I would like to save to a folder on my computer. Are there any recommended programmes or methods of doing this? :thanks |

| 819175 | 2009-10-11 19:12:00 | You can also use ant toolbar, an addon for FF. I tried it, last night with 2 free programs (Freez FLV to AVI/Mpeg/WMV converter - it did a better conversion to WMV than Mpeg). And Freez Ipod converter, to convert the video to H.264. So I can put it on the Ipod. Not too bad for freebies. Just have to try MP4 to WMV now. To see if the vids stay in sync. Other programs I tried were bigger, (and trials) and some of the conversions were out of sync You type the link that appears on youtube in keepvid, then save it as MP4 |
