694216 2008-08-02 07:38:00 Hannah Montana is on in the background right now......I'm going around to a mate's place to watch the test match. ;) If I'd had to make a decision, the rigby is on Prime later and I'd let the kids watch Hannah Montana. Its a bit like candy floss but harmless (being Disney) and the children enjoy it. Winston001 (3612)
694217 2008-08-02 07:57:00 Wow, Sky decided to schedule 2 programs for completely different demographics at the same time!!!

Yes, they must be so evil.

Kenj I can't believe you a getting so worked up about this. Sky can't please
everyone all the time. Sometimes programs that we want to watch are on at the same time.....THAT'S JUST LIFE...Get someone to record the rugby for you. And yes Disney is fussy when things can and cannot be shown. Both on TV and at the movies as well.

Sorry for the tone, but I thing you are making a big deal out of a small thing.

694220 2008-08-03 23:12:00 How many PF1 members love rugby and have children who want "Hanah Montana, The Movie" in 3D ...both on at the same time. The rugby kicks off at 7.30pm.

HM-TM starts at 6.30pm and runs to 7.55. Then, in all of SkyTv's wisdom, starts a replay immediatelyafter that, finishing at 9.20pm. There are NO more repeats at all.

I have rung Sky and berated them untold on the degree of intelligence required when one is made a programmer for Sky.

There are going to be a lot of distraught kids in NZ tonight.

If you are as annoyed as I am, ring and tell them so. I spoke to a supervisor by request. She said they have no control over the matter. That was the only time Disney USA would let them run the movie. Can you imagine Disney doing that when their Superbowl or suchlike was on over there. Sounds a load of bollocks to me.

My grandaughter was in tears this afternoon when her Dad picked her up and made us aware of the conflict.

Damn Sky!!!

Ken

Your right. Sky should ring every customer and confirm that their programming schedule fits in with your life....

How bout you learn some patience, get the gorse out of your pockets and wait for it on dvd?

Anyway, isn't this hannah montana the teenage stripper chick? Why would you want your grandaughter watching that?

No. Mylie Cyrus (H-M) did have a photo taken with a bare back for which the photographer later apologised. Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus was less than impressed.

I think you might be confusing her with Vanessa Hudgens of High School Musical.
