| 821294 | 2009-10-16 21:32:00 | Hi, All. Don't know why, but Outlook 2007 is failing to launch from the Quick Launch icon on the Taskbar, the icon on the desktop, or the .exe file via Explorer. I'm running XP SP3. It initially opens then I get the dialogue box saying, 'Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window.' No other diagnostic code included.
