| 821065 | 2009-10-16 04:13:00 | I have a 975 cpu o/clocked to 4.0 I know of several people who have 920 cpu's running at 4.0. I want to know why I paid 4 times as much for a cpu for the same speed. Are there any other ways my 975 is better than a 920? Jack |

| 821067 | 2009-10-16 04:48:00 | 975 is an Extreme and has an unlocked multiplier, making overclocking easier. Other than that, it's pretty much the same as a 920! I also told you not to get a 975 Jack......would have been better if you bought an SSD instead, as sol suggested. |

Time to get a nice water cooling setup and try and see how close you can get to 5ghz. :) Seeing as you 300gb SSD... Wondering what the rest of your setup is. |
