| 821008 | 2009-10-15 20:30:00 | Whats the actual make and model number, that is not it - Mira 4.03 You may find that either it wont work with windows 7 or no drivers are made for it yet. I have a similar problem with a Lexmark MFC laser, prints fine, but no scanner drivers (yet) for the PC. |

| 821012 | 2009-10-17 05:24:00 | That particular model is actually made by Benq, just looked on their site and the latest driver for it is XP. It might simply be to old to work on Windows 7, unless you try to run it in compatibility mode or XP mode. IF you have XP mode installed on Windows 7, ( professional and above) you can install it under the XP with XP drivers and it should work fine. XP drivers (benq.eu) and Download XP mode here (www.microsoft.com) - you will need both files down the bottom ( big orange buttons). |
