| 822083 | 2009-10-19 20:30:00 | Not sure if this is possible, but what I'm trying to do is get my company away from using paper forms in a folder, specifically Health & Safety paperwork for contractors working onsite. I want to have the electronic equivalent of a form as an Outlook template, saved as a file with the address osh@mydomain.co.nz hard-coded into the To field. If the user wants to fill out the form, they browse to where the file is saved, double-click on the template file to launch it in Outlook, fill it out and send it. I can't actually find any Outlook 2003 form templates to get me started, so can this be done? |
