| 821734 | 2009-10-18 08:40:00 | I have an ASUS A8N-VM CSM MB and need to upgrade the bios for the sound to work. I have downloaded the file identified by the BioAgent Plus: A8N-VM-ASUS-CSM-1001.ROM. What do I do now? I am a bit worried I'll stuff something up. |

| 821737 | 2009-10-18 09:44:00 | Open the case up to make sure, its that mobo. Dont rely on a program Yup, it'll be the mobo, it probably doesnt support booting from USB flash drive (using Alt-F2). You'll have to have a floppy. Or Make the USB flash drive bootable (hopefully theres an option in the BIOS to boot from it). You may have to change the filename of the BIOS update. It wont be the name you posted, it'll be shorter (If you have a floppy) |
