700280	2008-08-25 21:34:00	Hi, I bought 2 Microsoft wireless keyboards 2 months ago, with a cashback offer. I havn't recieved the cashback yet. Is anyone else still waiting? Has anyone got there money yet? If it doesn't turn up soon I'm going to take the keyboards back and demand a refund!	porkster (6331)

Remember they are counting it by 60 business days... and also please check your bank account as well... i have 2 bank account, i thought it went to the other account but instead it is on my orginal ASB account which i already quoted for... Jacky Thanks Jacky, Its been over 60 days, and I've sent them a "whats happening" e-mail. I bought mine in June. I've only given them a single bank account number and the money still hasn't shown. Cheers Porkster I do hope that you have your credit claim number right? guess actually happen to me, I send them 1 email each month, then of course contact microsoft 2 times during the waiting period... Then after the "so called" after 60 days, i speak to them by ringing Microsoft support line, they said they will do a follow up for me by email to the cashback place. Then 2 days later, I received the email from the cashback place and along with the Microsoft support team saying the money will be there soon (by the end of week, and it actually did!!!) 700285	2008-08-25 23:53:00	They do give you your money back. And it does take a lot of time before they get of their arse and do something about it. It took mine two to three months to get my refund (for a webcam), and chances are, you will not know about it until you take a look at your statements.	bob_doe_nz (92)
700286	2008-09-02 18:56:00	Got a reply from Microsoft... Seems they have my paperwork and have processed it and there is a 60 day wait before the money goes in the bank. Their original e-mail (with credit claim number) states to contact them after 60 days if there has been no payout. Which is funny since I contacted them on day 62... Which meets all their requirements. Its now day 70, and still waiting....	porkster (6331)
