823469 2009-10-23 18:51:00 Hi there

Have you tried accessing through Safe Mode at all?

If you don't know how, read this short article. (www.computerhope.com)

Let us know if you can or can't get into Safe Mode, then we can determine how to help you next.

823470 2009-10-23 18:51:00 What happens if you do this in Safe Mode, can you login?

What if you hit Ctrl + Alt + Del twice quickly at the login screen, it'll take you to a login box instead of the Welcome Screen, can you login as the Administrator user?

If so, can you create another new user and login as that user normally?

823471 2009-10-23 22:43:00 You wont fix it until you get rid of the virus / whatever you have. Youre posting 3-4 different threads, about the same issue. And it hasnt been fixed yet. Did you do anything we posted in the previous threads at all? Speedy Gonzales (78)
823472 2009-10-24 10:10:00 Hi Speedy.
I posted more threads only because every time i was having new problem with the same issue. Sorry anyways.
I tried HijackThis and posted the Logfile in thread. As advised i deleted the files. The problem was still there. I tried to connect to internet through the faulty computer but it did not connect to internet. Then i tried to install AVG but at the end of installation it gave error that it cannot be installed. I installed AVAST and it was working. It gave me message that i should put it on system scan. I did it and on boot it was doing scan it gave me options of Repair,Remove, Ignore. I tried Repair option but it could not repair. Then i gave Remove option and it started removing the infected files. After it scanned Windows32 and could remove some files the other infected files could not remove.
The system rebooted. when it came on login screen. i entered my username and password. the next screen came that the system is logging off and again the login screen appeared. I again login name and password it accepted but the next screen was again showing that they system is loggin off and i was again at login screen. I tried it several times but the situation remains the same.
I tried in safe mode. i tried in normal mode but the result was same.
This virus problem is worsening with each measure i take. Earlier i could at least go to my desktop but now after AVAST scan i cannot even login.
Please advise me if there is any chance to that i can access to my desktop to retrieve some of files like pictures and AcrobatReader files. After that definitely i will have to go for Formatting and reinstalling Windows.
Thanks for all the guidance.

823473 2009-10-24 10:54:00 Hmm you need to enable PM's. So if you want me to login, you can send the ID and password to me,after you install teamviewer. Speedy Gonzales (78)
823474 2009-10-24 11:34:00 But the problem is that I cannot move forward from the login screen of my computer.
Sorry if i could not explain my problem.
I boot my computer. It gives me a login screen to enter in WindowsXp as i already had it. i enter my username and password to login to my computer. It accepts my username and password but the next screen shows that the system is saving my settings and being logged off and again that login screen appears. i enter my login and password and again the screen shows the system is saving my settings and being logged off and i am again at the login screen. My problem is that i am not being able to get out of this vicious cycle of login so that i may see my desktop to do any further thing.
I hope i am able to explain my problem.
Thanks.
