822816 2009-10-23 08:18:00 I have both on my com. but ie is all intertwined with windows and it works fine so i dont have a realy good reason to move all my junk and set up bookmark etc etc. ie 8 is great for me. :D :D :D

IE8 is OK.

Biggest issue with IE originally for me, was that in previous versions tabs took forever to open, and the whole browser didn't have a "fluid" enough feel.

I usually have at least 20+ tabs open, so its quite a biggie.

Still, just can't live without my Firefox addons. :D

Thats one reason why I use Firefox, because I can multiple tabs in on Firefox. And the fact that Firefox is more customizable than Internet Explorer, you can add all sorts of addons.

822819 2009-10-23 09:45:00 Hey All, Firefox has a lot more to offer than Internet Explorer does. Not only does Firefox come with several search engines preloaded, but it also allows you to download other applications that can be used with your browser.I've been using firefox since it's first beta, and it's taken off like a while fire. tracyforu (15366)
822820 2009-10-23 09:59:00 FF, first thing I do on a windows install is install firefox so any other software to download will be a painfree process

Is it just me or does IE 6-8 crash on first startup? Ive had it like the last 4 Windows installs

Something is probably stuffed or corrupt on the cd. If it does it everytime you reinstall
