| 700641 | 2008-08-27 00:02:00 | Uh-oh, The end is nigh. What with this announcement (www.nzherald.co.nz) that PC World is evil, and revelations that Fairfax is tossing staff off the cliffs. this site must be under threat. Will Jen and Chill now get hazard pay? (Bruce may be too busy digging-in to be worried about pay.) Is it because in dreadful conflict with an edict from on high (www.nzherald.co.nz) a good keen man posted certain unmentionable names here? |

| 700649 | 2008-08-27 05:54:00 | It's PC world vs PC World. PC world is a politically correct world, while PC World is a magazine - completely different. | pcuser42 (130) | ||
| 700650 | 2008-08-27 10:02:00 | And Bruce doesn't work for Fairfax anymore, it's Jan we need to worry about! Err! Umm - - Senior moment there. :blush: (At least Bruce is safe.) Of course, if they hadn't messed with Dumb Terminal none of this would have happened. Also, things were much steadier under XP than they are under Vista. |
