700592 2008-08-26 19:23:00 Hi Guys

I have just cashed in two Flybuys rewards.

They are going to send me a voucher so I can pick the goods up from a local retailer.

But they say it may take up to 5 days.

They still have not arrived and now they say they like to get vouchers posted out within 10 days and for me to contact them then.

To me this is very poor. They emailed me as soon as I put in my reward request acknowledging it. All they have to do is put a voucher in an envelope and post it. Why does that take 10 days in the 21st century ?

I ordered a rice cooker and bought some rice, so I am still waiting for my first homemade curry.

What do you think ?

Not quite, just one years groceries at New World.

A plasma screen would probably be two billion dollars worth of stuff.

700599 2008-08-26 20:51:00 It's not just Flybuys, it's Flybuys who have to contact the store who then give the voucher/certificate to FlyBuys, who then post it to you.

When you say five days, are you counting the weekend just gone?

I'm quite certain there are many who do, plus those who don't need lessons.:(

Two recent cases in point: "Geez, some people" and "How waz your day?"
