699090 2008-08-21 01:21:00 No thanks.

Still to pricey. They aren't making it cheaper, they are just juggling prices to make it *LOOK* cheaper.

Comparatively it is still a huge rip off.

Yes, compared to the original crappy plans. 100 texts and 25mins???

699092 2008-08-21 07:31:00 The plans still suck. snafu (14042)
699093 2008-08-21 07:54:00 I don't think that the entry level plan is too bad at $40 per month, at least on the basis of how I use my phone. It is a pretty good combination for those who don't have large voice requirements. :) maccrazy (6741)
699094 2008-08-21 08:44:00 They are cheaper, but even so, I'd be scared that I'd lose or break the phone and still be locked into a plan! pine-o-cleen (2955)

You can get phone insurance.
Saved me a couple of years ago when I took my brand new N73 for a swim!
Had just signed up on a 2 year contract and got the phone for chips.
A new one would have cost $1000!

699096 2008-08-22 05:39:00 You can get insurance against that sort of thing?

Doesn't sound very financially viable for the insurer?

699097 2008-08-24 10:08:00 $6 or 7 a month for Phone Insurance with Vodafone I believe?

Those plans are horrible!
