You mean you only have four personalities? Crumbs, you give schizophrenia a bad name!

1445274 2018-01-23 04:12:00 I, too, like red wine, in particular Chablis. I much prefer that to the common Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc that many people seem to drink. Roscoe (6288)

I too enjoy Chablis, but I hate red wine.

Que Syrah Syrah.....Whatever Chablis Chablis.

Usually I enjoy a good red but I tend to put the 'bigger reds' aside during hot weather if I just need a quaffer.
A lot of the purpose made chilled Rosés are enjoyable. Yes, prefect..the sparkling is good, too. Pssst...sometimes I even lightly chill a red when the weather is hot and block my ears to murmurs of "sacrilege".
I am offside with some because I prefer an unoaked Chardonnay to one where all I seem to taste is oak.
Riesling varies a lot so I tread carefully there. When we were in Germany we were given a bottle of Riesling and looked forward to tasting it. It would probably be great with food but on it's own it seemed to me like liquid stainless steel.

Drink what you like but drink sensibly and always in moderation.

1445279 2018-01-23 06:19:00 Moved from Merlot to Shiraz as find it a bit lighter, on hot days though you can't beat chilled Cider. Not the fancy stuff with weird flavours but good old dry scrumpy made the old way, hard to find here but its around if you look. gary67 (56)
