More information needed on OS and make/model of computer or at least motherboard.
Are you sure these were the correct drivers, has the sound worked before? You may need to completely remove those drivers and see if MS has builtin ones for it, or ensure you have the proper drivers. There should be some form of vendor code and product ID in the properties that would help us identify the device. Unfortunately, I know only how to get it in Linux but I think the line starts with PCI in Windows. |
