Like a wine fridge but much more important :) Keeping the choc at the perfect temp, not cold & hard, not hot and runny could make someone millions, first to market will be a winner or rip out the fridges butter conditioner & convert that to choc storage Except they already stopped adding butter conditioners to most fridges in the name of efficiency, your chocolate conditioner would likely suffer the same fate. Maybe they need an add in combo unit for high end fridges with a setting for butter and another for chocolate, I doubt that it's be much of a selling point though :p |
