What is often disappointing though is people in real and desperate need of urgent advice (which is often given with good intent) who subsequently never offer thanks or even confirm the fix of the problem.
I don't mind the odd troll, I know what they are. I can't understand bad manners.

If everyone thought the same thing ,all behaved the same way, we wouldnt post up anything as the replies would just be the same as the original post

I rather like reading other's points of view. If you only ever read the things that you agree with you learn nothing.
There are far to many who fail to accept that they just might be wrong and, as a result, are closed off to new information.
I just may have been wrong once myself but I cannot remember when :)
