| 824977 | 2009-10-28 20:17:00 | Can any kind soul point me to how to get a scan of Office to get it updated after a new install? I have tried the MS site, Office section, clicked on check for updates and nothing happens . Tried googling - points me to the Office downloads section again and I am stuck again . Seeing as this suite is 9 yrs old, I do need some help in knowing what updates need installing and in what order! Help gratefully received!! |

| 824979 | 2009-10-28 21:00:00 | Thanks. It lists 161 updates in date order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried starting from SR1. Fails repeatably with file wrong size. Grrrrrr. I think you are supposed to buy the latest one! It's not mine, though, so will box on 'as is' or see if they want to re-buy or use OO. |
