824981 2009-10-28 16:35:00 I can't seem to watch videos online eg. YouTube even though i have the latest flash player from adobe. The space where the video is supposed to be is just blank. Does anyone seem to know why? JA88 (14012)
824982 2009-10-28 17:31:00 What browser are you using? And what versions are they?

You can tell the version of IE and Mozilla by clicking the 'help' tap, usually at the top left of the screen.

Have you tried using a different browser at all?

824983 2009-10-28 21:03:00 Assuming you use Windows:

Do you have an ad blocker such as Adblock+ or Noscript

Try fully uninstalling adobe flash with this tool:
download.macromedia.com

Then download the flash installer, close ALL browsers, wait 2 minutes after closing then install flash again.

824984 2009-10-29 16:55:00 Yes i'm using windows and the Firefox version is 3.0.15. This is the error msg on the video space when i try to watch on youtube: "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player."

Nope i don't think i have have an adblocker and the download manager for adobe just can't seem to connect to the server. It always stops at 0.5% and says "network error"

824985 2009-10-29 17:06:00 It's the same for RealPlayer videos which are not streaming. I think the main problem is that i can't download and install the adobe flash player properly... JA88 (14012)
824986 2009-10-29 20:42:00 try this offline installer:
