1. Paul Brislen didn't reply to PM.
2. Vodofone didn't reply to my email...
3. I successfully deleted the 'old' card and registered the 'new' card.
4. I am marginally patient (but not great!).

So all is well - but I'm not impressed with Vodofone!:mad:

703862 2008-09-11 10:40:00 1. Paul Brislen didn't reply to PM.In the future send him a message on the official vodafone forum (I'm assuming you PM'd his PressF1 account). He's pretty good with responding to inquiries. I can understand your frustration though, it can take a very long time to get issues with vodafone sorted out. maccrazy (6741)

Ah - that's helpful, and yes I did use the PressF1 account.

Don't you mean Geekzone (an unoffical forum)? Or do vodafone actually have their own offical forum these days?

I would admit that their customer service is the pits, especially when you have to pay $1 to phone them .
