| 703607 | 2008-09-09 05:14:00 | Must be true, NAV consistently gets good reviews in a variety of PC Magazines:banana I guess they dont have to use it for more than a week Try explaining to customers that you need to take Norton off their PC:mad: Real Easy to get Nortons off - most of the time its Nortons thats causing the problems - remove it while in front of the Customer and usually some of the problem is fixed or at least the computer starts to boot up again. Then tell them if it goes back on the same will happen again, not if but when. Many are shocked at the Norton Site when you show them that Norton has a removal tool for removing their damaged products, and the first line under the heading Use the Norton Removal Tool to remove a failed installation or a damaged Norton product. is real inspiring and confidence building in the product :eek: |
