| 824563 | 2009-10-29 05:59:00 | I tried all the suggestions given but nothing has improved. The only time it boots quickly is in Safe Mode and I have not been able to identify the culprit causing the issues. A check of the Event Viewer under System shows a lot of red crosses (Error) against Service Control Manager. Will do a full format and install on the weekend. I have all data etc backed up already. |
