706021 2008-09-17 21:28:00 Hi,

I've 2 friends coming over to NZ in January, and I am helping them look for rental cars. I remember of a specific vehicle that you can quickly convert into a sleep-in car (suitable for ppl travelling around). Would any of you remember what the name is?? If I remember correctly, it's bright orange.

thanks in advance

They will guzzle gas, 15 or 16MPG. :( Very reliable though, and quick for a van. Nice to drive...

706025 2008-09-18 08:21:00 Found what you need, gov:

We call them "Motorhomes" and they are fairly comfortable if you don't mind roughing it a little: LINK ( . motorhomemagazine . com/output . cfm?id=1651303" target="_blank">www . motorhomemagazine . com)

This one is a 2009 Bluebird Wanderlodge, and you wouldn't want last year's model, would ya? .

It's only $1,603,670 . 00 NZD plus applicable local, federal and municipal taxes and EPA fees . , but you can rent it for a day, week of month if you like . It comes with a full tank of diesel and can prolly drive completely around your island on the first fill-up .

Come to think of it . . . it's as large as Upsidedown Land .
