825473 2009-10-30 01:42:00 Chum says when receiving mail via O/E,instead of getting one copy she gets two.

What would be the answer to that?

825476 2009-10-30 02:23:00 Is your friend on dial up or broadband? If they are on dial up it may be worth logging into their webmail (if they know their password) and making sure there's no large emails sitting there, that can cause problems on dial up. wratterus (105)
