Take it back, they will honor the repair for you, I'm sure. Yes, Sony replaced a 13 month old MP3 player for me under warranty. No problems. I hit Sony up rather than Lemmings as it is not their responsibility after the manufacturers warranty expires. The onus was then on Sony as the goods would be "expected to have a longer life" than what it did. Ken |
