| 825955 | 2009-10-31 17:59:00 | I have progressed since asking how to connect my laptop to a CRT TV :) but I have a hiccup. I can see everything on the TV .... picture/sound ....BUT the picture is black and white. Im connecting with an s-video - 3 x RCA with only the yellow plug for the picture and a Stereo 3.5 - 2 RCA cable for sound. I have updated the display drivers which is a Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family. I have done a Google and one piece of info I found said the viewing on both must be 'PAL'. I can get that on the TV but in the display settings I only have PAL-B / PAL-G / PAL-H and a few more but not just a plain 'PAL'. Your help would be much appreciated. |

You'll have to play around with the TV to get it in colour Does the TV have any other connections?? ie: Scart? If it does, you may have to get a s-video to Scart connector / adapter |
