| 707577 | 2008-09-25 00:58:00 | I couldda thought fer sure that this was a Monty Python routine, but somehow I see it was an Australian Politician explaining how "..these things aren't supposed to happen...the front falling off...." LINK (www.youtube.com):clap Maybe youse guys have seen it already and tried to hide this Australian national shame... Too Late...it's out in the Northern Hemisphere now but it takes a little time to get up here. |

| 707585 | 2008-09-25 19:11:00 | Last night SWMBO and I went to the Hastings Opera House for the Mahora Primary School's "Great Kiwiana Concert" All of the schools 350 kids were on the stage at once in a huge semicircle on tiered seats, and as their turn came up they trooped down the front to do their bit Heaps of the songs were Fred Dagg's - a bunch of first year kids did the Gumboot song. Gosh they were funny. My Year 2 grandaughter's class did a song about "Dad loves watching rugby" Of course that was the best item of the night... bless them :wub Seemed a coincidence after this thread staring yesterday.
