825988 2009-11-01 02:04:00 I formated my D: using Gparted (lot quicker than yesterday) and it used to XP installation.

I suspect for some reason it was primary as now I am getting the message.

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Can I fix this at all or should I just format whats left and carry on with the W7installation?

825989 2009-11-01 02:49:00 XP probably had the bootmgr, and you formatted it.....it shouldn't matter, just do a start up repair with your W7 DVD Blam (54)
