707781	2008-09-27 02:12:00	I would like to add to Metla's list that any tagger or vandal should have a finger cut off with bolt cutters for each offence - without anaesthetic. That would clear up the problem in no time Sorry, You will need your own thread. Policy to combat taggers will include- Kids taken from bad parents and brought up in state of the art training facilities to be Ninjas, From here they will be deployed as a special division of the army. They will also be hired out as body guards. Secondary training will include Rock N Roll and budgeting. Residents will be encouraged to apprehend taggers and vandals around their neighbourhood, Once caught the child's parents will be jointly charged. Full reimbursement will be required. Parents will be made responsible for their children's actions, parents will be required to discipline and control their children, A good hard kick up the backside is encouraged. In the event the parent fails to administer good hard kick up the backside then the police will do so. In the event parents can't cope then a single phone call will have the child sent to Ninja school. If your old enough to do the crime, you are old enough to be punished, The endless cycle of youth court, family conferences and social workers will be disbanded. Touchy-feely bull**** is a sad sad joke. Parents who mistreat their children will be shot in the belly with an air-rifle.....Numerous times if grossly fat.	Metla (12)
