706581 2008-09-21 19:30:00 Perhaps we could make use of the Free Trade Agreement with China and export our bureaucrats there - they like bureaucrats in China, and it sounds like they could do with some higher quality ones than they currently have.... :D johcar (6283)
706582 2008-09-21 19:51:00 Bear in mind I'm just an ignorant peasant.

706583 2008-09-21 23:20:00 Of course siding with my comment or opposing it will achieve nothing here. Just make sure you get out and vote, if you're old enough. I don't really have a rational choice. Labour is in my blood. I was a member of the British National Union of Seamen at 16 - a trade unionist all my working life - but once, so p i s s e d off with both main parties that I actually voted for Bob Jones. How irrational can anyone get? I am surpised that it too C. so long to throw in his anticipated two-pennyworth - perhaps taking an afternoon nap?

And a good job we good rid of most of the unions too!

Labour party is about workers.....You need employers 1st though and 90% of NZ is small business. I cant believe all the losers who are still contemplating Labour for another term...LMAO, talk about slow witted...?

706584 2008-09-21 23:25:00 With a bit of thought, they could disassemble a chunk of the bureaucracy the current lot have created jobs for. Get the bureaucrats off the government payroll and into productive employment.

LOL....:clap true that!

706585 2008-09-21 23:37:00 Or conversely vote Labour and get another lot of this........

was that 33000 leaving, using Zqwert's logic it should be the other way around.

706586 2008-09-22 00:49:00 I've been a labour voter for the last few elections, and I now think it's time for a more right-leaning party, but I'm really concerned about John Key and his band of merry miscreants - I really think he does have hidden agendas, and he's a little too populist for my liking. His stance on issues seems to flip-flop very easily.

If the election was tomorrow, it would be a lottery as to which way I'd cast my vote :waughh:Well said. You can't trust them to do what they say they will do. I can remember them saying the last time they were in power "if elected we will wipe the tax surcharge" and they increased it!!. Nuff said.

706589 2008-09-22 20:48:00 I'm not inclined to vote for a party whose leader can't remember how many shares he's owned.

706590 2008-09-22 21:04:00 Tricky for us who are into self reliance and freedom to choose, when we see Key who seems to be be a complete twit, making it hard to vote for National,so I will vote for my chum who is standing in Waimak and party vote to ACT.

You reds of course will continue to vote for hand outs.
