707225 2008-09-23 19:41:00 I read in our local rag yesterday that us pensioners get free off peak bus travel from 1st October. On presentation of Winnie's Gold card.

Whether we like him or not "Thanks Winston"

Ken
That mate costs him nowt, and allows him to keep his nose in trough.

He exists at all because of his ability to convince the aged that he does all that for them.

I am aged but he doesn't fool me,the git.

707226 2008-09-23 19:57:00 Clark and Cullen look like they've learned a lot from Mugabe - they think they're above the law, are doing everything they can to stay in power, and criticise anyone who dares to provide evidence that there is wrongdoing by their friends... somebody (208)

Try to tell that to resident pinkos on here, and it will fall on deaf ears.

We know who they are and we will cleanse when we get into power.:banana

707228 2008-09-23 20:35:00 And on a slightly less serious note - who will 'fess up to admiring the Hideable Rodney? :o

Someone said that when they spotted "Hide, Rodney" on the ballot paper the idea was so appealing that support was a reflex act. ;)

Ah, Mr Rodney Hide, thanks to him for the very apt line concerning Labour...."Labour is all about dividing the economy pie for all they are worth rather than growing the pie!"

707231 2008-09-23 21:54:00 Seems everyone here thinks its between 2 parties only.
Go on, be different, vote for another one altogether.

So, as a resident "bluo" (?) what in particular do you think will change when National wins the election? (Because they will win, pretty much a fait accompli.)

I agree they will win, it is a question of by how much and would it be enough to do it alone.

If the morons that waste a vote on the minor parties would concentrate on the two major parties voting then it would be fair to say that the Nats would run it alone without the pathetic Winstones, Anderton and Rodney's of this world.
