| 707054 | 2008-09-22 23:00:00 | Just checked my bank account statement today, and saw that Xnet have direct debited the same amount twice from my bank account yesterday. Anyone else had the same problem. I want to see if this is a widespread problem, or is isolated.. | robbyp (2751) | ||

| 707056 | 2008-09-22 23:22:00 | I haven't heard anyone complain about it yet, have you called them about it? We sent them an email about it, but no reply yet. I don't know if everyone gets billed on the same day of the month. Maybe not everyone checks their bank statements most days. |

| 707058 | 2008-09-23 00:33:00 | Just been told that they are now billing in advance, so I have been billed for this month, and also for next month for the same amount, even though I haven't used the data they have billed me for yet. Not impressed about that they didn't let us know about this, and that we are now being billed for data that we haven't used in advance. | robbyp (2751) | ||
| 707059 | 2008-09-23 00:58:00 | I have: DEBIT 22 SEP 2008 Direct Debit -Worldxchange Communications Ltd $62.38 Ref: 15049955 DISC 1.27 7388712 22 SEP 2008 Direct Debit -Worldxchange Communications Ltd $62.38 CREDIT 19 SEP 2008 Ref: 15049955 DISC 1.27 7388712 19 SEP 2008 Direct Credit WORLDXCHANGE COMM DL $62.38 They haven't changed billing at all, all direct debit paying customers got their bill credited the other day - which was what Lakewoodlady was asking about in another post - and to fix it they debited twice. Nothings chnage, just a small screwup with billing this month, and only direct debit customers apparently. |

| 707060 | 2008-09-23 01:12:00 | I was given a credit of the amount due and when I phoned them yesterday, Jackie said that they would be deducting that + the amount due. It was deducted yesterday, but that doesn't mean we are being charged in advance. It is all square now in my account. Perhaps they need a new credit/debit clerk there, it was an obvious human error. I think I will cancel direct debit and pay with online banking too. |

That is not what the email reply we were sent from Xnet says . It clearly says they are billing in advance, which is why we were billed twice, see email below . Did they credit back bank fees too, as my bank would change me $1 . 30 for a debit + a credit to my account, which isn't an insignificant fee . We haven't received any "We have just started billing in advance so this was not a mistake . From now on bills will be sent out prior to the month . Kind Regards Philip . C" |

I think I will cancel direct debit and pay with online banking too. Just checked my bank account again, and saw that they did infact credit me earlier in the month, which I missed as I get a lot of incoming payments. I only really examine the debits from the account on a daily basis. The question is why haven't they communicated this, and will they be creditinig back the bank fees. |

| 707063 | 2008-09-23 02:06:00 | my bank would change me $1 . 30 for a debit + a credit to my account, which isn't an insignificant fee . We haven't received any "We have just started billing in advance so this was not a mistake . From now on bills will be sent out prior to the month . Kind Regards Philip . C" I rang them . Dunno who Philip C is but he's misinformed . As for your fees, thats hardly Xnets problem - change banks if they are robbing you . Direct debit payers get a small discount . |
