710480 2008-10-08 22:24:00 Nope, because grass didn't exist back in the dinosaurs times either.

Eh....what did the vegetarian dinosaurs eat then if not grass?

Um, ok. What did they eat? The herbivores anyway.

That is also, or course, assuming you are a believer in the earth and dinosaurs being however many million years old.

The plants included evergreen conifers, ferns, mosses, horsetail rushes, cycads, ginkos, and in the latter part of the dinosaur age flowering (fruiting) plants.

710484 2008-10-08 23:39:00 Behold now, Behemoth, which I made as well as you; He eats grass like an ox. Behold now, his strength in his loins, And his power in the muscles of his belly. He bends his tail like a cedar; The sinews of his thighs are knit together. His bones are tubes of bronze; His limbs are like bars of iron. (Job 40:15–18)

Now that seems to be describing a dinosaur, no?
Sounds more lke Arnold Schwarzenegger !!

Lets not forget the thousands of years where the world was roamed by giant mammals.

If you look into it there have been a number of "ages" where the dominant species weren't human or dinosaur, Hell, There was an age of giant beetles....

710487 2008-10-09 02:36:00 Deane F, you haven't got it, by MY definition a fully evolved monkey is one who KNOWS that he/she is not made by a 'god' and is thus an aware human being, not a partially evolved monkey playing at being a human being and believing in forms of magic. zqwerty (97)
