711138 2008-10-10 08:45:00 You do realise billions of animals walk the earth ?, and they all fart? and they have done this for millions of years.

Anyhow, You could shoot all the cows tomorrow, wouldn't make a lick of difference to the rest of the world. The real polluters will still be polluting.

Making me pay more for an Irish stew will also have no effect on anything apart from my wallet.

But hey, lets not let the real world get in the way of hysteria and taxes.

711140 2008-10-10 18:20:00 You have short hair then PCT?, nothing worse than trying to rinse long hair with weak water pressure.....

Medium I suppose you'd call it.

And we measured ours, its 6l a minute. Its fine.

Now most houses already have low pressure systems, husband is always coming across people who have no idea of that fact. Until they go to buy a high pressure tap or something and wonder why it dribbles out. However use low pressure fittings and it doesn't dribble.

Now I have a friend with real low pressure, so low she can't use a garden hose. Thats what you call low.......no idea what her flow rate would be but we changed her shower rose and adjusted it and thats fine too. I was guinea pig.

Sounds like your husband's customers are lucky. Some plumbers don't seem to have a clue or maybe it's the apprentice.

The hot water gets it's pressure from the same source as the cold so your garden hose and washing machine might be sharing a bit of old pipe plugged up with rust .
