| 710013 | 2008-10-07 03:15:00 | Whenever someone trys to address all the inefficiency & bureaucracy in government departments, they usually cut around the people and procedures that need cut & sometimes add even more red tape. Every NZ government has done it, but I still have a little bit of hope that one of them will get it right. It doesn't look like it will be anyone involved in this election that will redeem themselves. |
