712647 2008-10-16 10:26:00 Actually, despite my light treatment, it is a sad situation. Apart from upsetting people the person doing this has seemingly a bad behavioural problem. Perhaps some antisocial tendencies.
Seeing it reported however lets us hope that if it is reported then not much else is happening. Like trying to say how quiets things are here and therefore more dynamic no more newsworthy items to report on other topics that we could embrace instead.

Hopefully thingsshortly and he shortly can get the skills and support he need.

I think it's a lot like mooning or streaking. Just a "look at me" thing that is both childish and irreverent. Smacks at the bonds of humanism and therefor gives internal peace and harmony.

"......spoken to"? A good whacking I think!

We get some whack-o's here and there....most of them are in office.
