| 712328 | 2008-10-15 00:44:00 | does it have support for .docx etc? I think so. According to what I read yesterday. Saves docx, and loads docx now And something new for mac users, it now works on macs, and is an alternative to Office 08 Open Office 3.0's out-of-the-box functionality also enables users to immediately read documents saved in the .docx, .xlsx or .pptx formats. |

| 712330 | 2008-10-15 01:06:00 | Hmm, it looks like OO 3 can read, but cant write / save as docx | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
| 712331 | 2008-10-15 01:57:00 | After testing I can confirm - it opens are reads .docx fine, can't save though, if it was to open and edit a .docx file it would have to save it as a .doc. Looks great too (compared with the earlier versions) and it's faster. :thumbs: |
