Anybody else have this problem? Maybe just an issue here in Queenstown, but I'm wondering how widespread it is. Quite normal now for texts to take hours even days to be delivered. (Including prepay account top ups). Really annoying. I guess it must be an infrastructure bottleneck somewhere. Anyone able to shed any light on what is going on behind the scenes? |

Nope, my phone does not have that issue at the moment. |

Happens to me occasionally, maybe about 1 out of every 15 texts or so. Delay ranges from a few minutes to a couple of hours. |

Yes, it does happens to me as well. I'm in Auckland. told friends to call me if it's important instead of txting. Every organisation puts profit first instead of infrastructure. |

Happened here about 2 weeks ago texts from my Vodafone were arriving 4-5 hours late to wife's Telecom but also from Telecom to Telecom so don't know which one was at fault all back to normal 2 days later. But Telecom just put a roadside cabinet in here one street away although that won't have affected the cellular network |
