| 830341 | 2009-11-15 08:06:00 | I have just changed computers (have a problem with Outlook Express which have asked for help) and the other problem is an error message I get from time to time - just comes on at random and can't get rid of it so have been moving it to the side nearly out of sight? It reads under the heading of "Windows - No Disk") - "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c" All I can remember doing (as it refers to 'no disk' is that when copying to a cd the cd was in the wrong drive (I have 2 cd writers) and when I corrected for the correct drive the cd was not accepted and it was replaced with another cd blank in the other drive. Can this have any bearing on the message? Thanks for helping. Kate |

| 830342 | 2009-11-15 08:30:00 | Looks like it has something to do with Nortons Antivirus (forums.techguy.org). Is this installed? Or it could be Quicktime (wiki.answers.com 013_parameters_75b6bf7c4) | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
| 830343 | 2009-11-15 09:55:00 | Thanks...no Nortons is not installed. How do I see if Quick Time is the problem - should I uninstall it? |
