| 830323 | 2009-11-15 07:38:00 | I use Windows XP with Outlook Express and Panda Anti Virus. I have just changed computers and now when there is an attachment to an email there is a message reading "OE has removed access to the following unsafe documents.....(then names the doc)". I have disabled the Spam filter in Panda - but still the same message in OE. I have gone into OE - Tools - Message Rules - but can see nothing there to indicate that the attachments should be deleted. There in a box (unmarked) with SPAM alongside but it also says 'rule currently turned off'. When the attachment is deleted it just does not appear - does not go to Spam folder. I get and need a number of attachments and need a fix - appreciate help please. I don't get much Spam, if any, so seems I can do without a spam filter?? But then seems that filter is not the problem?? |
