Good thing they're not a private, for-profit company.... Is there a reason private lotto companies can't start up? I guess it's illegal, because of the possibility of fraud perhaps?	george12 (7)

Assuming that 1 million dollars is well up the curve, the one week you shouldn't buy a lotto ticket is when ticket sales are three times normal. Rather, you should buy lotto tickets in a week that ticket sales are half normal. This gives you much better odds of winning for a similar payback. Right?	shermo (12739)
