Edited; This article (www.pcpro.co.uk) reports Microsoft has announced that a beta of the second service pack for Windows Vista will be shipped to testers on 29 October. Interesting enough one of the updates thats listed Search 4 - is actually available Now - I'm doing a manual Windows update on a Vista PC and search 4 is one of the optional updates available |

Mind you I did see it listed on PCWORLDS home page later - which I very rarely go to :D Personally beta testing shouldn't go on work critical PC's. Lots of people forget Beta is not final and still possibly has bugs to be ironed out, then complain when it all turns to custard - Hmmmmm Custard:drool:lol: |
