(...and whether you would accept such a remark as yours about your own contribution to democracy.) They say god loves a trier,so you will be in luck from that point of view Deano. Put simply, to me lefties tend to think the government can do things better, righies(like me),believe in the individual and his ability to to get on with it,if left alone by the government. The thinking started of course at the end of the industrial revolution. I have no doubt man and his greed was tough on his workers, but over time if left to even out, unions would form............ Anyway you get the picture,. It's the principle of the individual that seems right to me.True men tend to take advantage on one another and some regulation is necessary, lefties tend to over do that regulation,as can be seen by the current crop of bossy buggers. |

A view indeed, jaundiced but a view. It's man that exploits, not the system. The Enron affair completely puzzles me,billionaires wanting more, but that is man,it seems.! |

| 714368 | 2008-10-28 04:23:00 | I have been having very bad nose bleeding sessions for months. My doctor wrote to Waikato Hospital to arrange an appointment to get the problem fixed. About 7 weeks later he got a letter from the hospital to say, sorry, we dont have any staff that are available to see your client now or in the future. In other words, bugger off. For Labour to say what a wonderful job they have done with health, I say, Liars!!! I also see now that its about one worker to pay for one person on some form of Government handout. Look up, interest.co.nz We are stuffed!!!!! | royaloaks (8205) | ||

I only hope in a years time all his lovers don't suddenly put their hands up and go but we didn't vote him in. | 714372 | 2008-10-28 05:59:00 | John Key's tax cuts are a no-brainer, $1.92 more than Labour a week, and $30 less on Kiwisaver a week, So for that extra $1.92, you are losing $28. Wow. And at the lose of a lot New Zealand's infrastructure, which Key seems to be preaching a lot about. | Netsukeninja (13296) | ||
| 714373 | 2008-10-28 06:08:00 | I do worry about John Key's lackys. He does impress me but his team does let him down. I think that his team will be his downfall - either after or before the election. |

And at the lose of a lot New Zealand's infrastructure, which Key seems to be preaching a lot about. Do you have any concept of how much compliance and operating costs have shot through the roof under the Labour Government? People that think a business is just a cash cow screwing over the little guys need a good hard dose of reality pie, NZ is a nation of small business being pushed to the wall, And when the business employing the "little guy" suffers then the little guy suffers as well. You ever stop to think that another tax on business isn't in the interest of the country?, including yourself and everyone you know. To run a company you need money left over to put back into infrastructure (gee, there is a revelation for the Labour party), You can't employ 100 more people every month and put up your prices the way the Government runs the country. To be a modern country with good wages and a good standard of living you need healthy companies, and an environment where they can prosper. Plenty of those people that went to Aussie were business owners, Now set up shop over there and employing Aussies instead. |
